Shipping
(Domestic):
We
ship via
USPS and UPS. You have the option of choosing which carrier you prefer
in your
“Shopping Cart”. When you register on the web site,
your product will be
shipped to the Shipping Address you assign. UPS will not deliver to a
PO Box, so
be sure and list a physical address if requesting UPS as the shipper.
The shipping
charges are calculated using actual USPS or UPS shipping charges plus a
$2.00
handling fee per order. Indiana sales tax of 7% will apply to orders
shipped
to an address in the State of Indiana.
Shipping
(International):
We
ship via
US Postal Service. You have the option of choosing either 1st class or Priority Mail. When you register on the web site,
your product will be
shipped to the Shipping Address you assign. A shipping ZONE is assigned
at the
time you register, and is used for calculating shipping to your
Country. The
Shipping Calculator will automatically determine the shipping cost
based on your
ZONE. International shipping fees are dependent on where you are
located and the
weight of the product in your order. If you do not see your country
listed,
please contact us at shipping@laurelmountainforge.com.
A representative will then contact you with rates
and shipping methods.
Laurel Mountain Forge is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other
associated import fees that your country may impose.
These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Any country/nation, at anytime, can hold your order for reasons that
they may suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search,
product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some
concern with customs officials. These held up orders are not the
responsibility of Laurel Mountain Forge and can only be resolved by you
and your local postal authorities.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event that your country's inspection agency
quarantines, disposes or otherwise discards material which is not
allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of
the buyer
and Laurel Mountain Forge will not issue a replacement nor refund for
such occurrences.
Order
Confirmation
You
will receive a confirmation of payment via e-mail within minutes of
processing
your payment via the web site shopping cart, indicating a receipt of
payment and
order#. If you do not receive this confirmation, please email us
directly at shipping@laurelmountainforge.com.
If you are not sure whether your order has gone through, please email
us first. IT
IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT RE-SUBMIT YOUR ORDER.
Changes
or Cancellations
You
may
request a change or cancellation of your order, provided your order has
not
already been processed and shipped. Please call during our business
hours to
change your order at: 219-548-2950. Please provide us with your order
number when
you call. For cancellations, if your
account has already
been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within
approx. 1-2
business days.
Return
Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply call within 30 days of the ship date for an exchange, refund or merchandise credit. Credit is not issued for freight charges or customs fees. No material will be accepted for return without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). When returning product, please return in original packaging and include a copy of the original invoice along with a copy of our e-mailed reply for a return or exchange.
